SERVICES:
OHANA VIP SERVICE-
The Ohana VIP Service is a thorough cleaning on a quarterly schedule. Every three months we will clean topside and bottom at a discounted rate. This will normally consist of:
- 1st Quarter- Wash, Compound, Wax and Bottom Scrub
- 2nd Quarter- Wash and Bottom Scrub
- 3rd Quarter- Wash, Wax and Bottom Scrub (compounding as needed)
- 4th Quarter- Wash and Bottom Scrub
Zincs will be replaced as needed for the retail cost of the zinc. Replaced zincs will be left with the boat, to ensure that the job has been performed.
OHANA CONCIERGE SERVICE-
This service provides the customer with a level of personal assistance.
- Provisioning
- Scheduling maintenance
- Running errands
- Slip Reservations
- Grocery Shopping
The Ohana Concierge Service is billed on an hourly basis and at a discounted rate for all “Ohana VIP” customers. Gratuities are accepted only if you feel your assistant has performed beyond your expectations.
